Join Beth for a weekend training our classic Hot Yoga sequence. You will learn our Original Hot Yoga dialogue, how to deliver a successful session, verbal adjustments, the timing of the poses, plus a whole lot more!
We are going to pack your weekend full of knowledge. So whether you are an existing instructor that wants to teach the Hot Yoga modality or you are interested in becoming an instructor or you are a student that just wants to know more about your Hot Yoga practice, this training is for you.
This is an 18hr intensive training. If you would like to continue your journey training with Beth and floo-id YOGA, the 18 hours credit and 50% of tuition paid will be applied towards our 200hr certificate happening in February 2024.
You will learn the Original floo-id YOGA OFY sequence (formally called Hot Yoga +) This class moves quicker, has additional postures and variations with a more upbeat playlist.
*Must be current OHY instructor or have taken previous OHY training to take this module.

About Beth: Beth Beary Moses has been teaching since 1999 and founded 2 studios, most currently floo-id YOGA located in Phoenix, AZ. She is passionate about helping people step into being the best version of themselves both on and off their mat. She is a Master yoga instructor with over 10000 hours of teaching, she is a pilates instructor, an NLP practitioner and a Mindset Coach. Her mission is to share her passion for movement with as many people as she can!
