Yoga Classes

        A consistent, long-term practice of yoga asanas establishes a routine to maintain weight and flexibility, while helping control stress and giving practitioners both physical and mental strength. Various classes are offered at floo-id YOGA, including: Hot Yoga, Hot Flow, Yin Yoga, Barre and Kids Yoga. All classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.

Get Started

You don’t have to live with pain and discomfort in your body -  it’s not just “part of growing older.” Our 60 minute Hot Yoga class is incredibly therapeutic and healing, addressing all those aches and pains. This powerful and healing sequence of yoga postures and breathing exercises is designed to work every part of your body. What’s more, you’ll leave with a relaxed mind, too. This class is perfect for complete novices and advanced practitioners alike.

Hot Yoga

Grow and evolve in your practice at your own pace with our Hot 26+ class. This 60-minute class consists of variations of our Hot Yoga class, allowing you to explore the possibilities of your body. Class is set to upbeat music that will help you tune into what is available to you. We encourage you to listen to your body, as this class allows you the freedom to practice yoga with a little more fun and intuition.  This class is ideal for all levels.

Hot 26+

This class is perfect for people who want to approach their yoga practice with creativity and achieve physical results quickly. Our Hot flow class offers a challenging, healing, and relaxing yoga experience with knowledgeable and passionate teachers. Dynamic and upbeat music will break up the monotony of your day, helping you connect your breath to your movement throughout class. You’ll build real strength, gain long-lasting flexibility, and watch your own practice evolve and improve.

Hot Flow

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a low-impact, high-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that will transform your body, tone your muscles, and create real strength.  In each class, you’ll begin by strengthening your core to build up those muscles that support you in your everyday life. You’ll also get an incredible cardiovascular workout with very little impact on your joints. This class is the perfect opportunity to get that extra boost of confidence and dose of self-love. You’ll stand taller with more confidence and strength than you could ever imagine.

Hot Pilates

Our Yin Yoga class is an intentional,  gentle 60-minute session in which we hold floor postures for several minutes so that the body’s deeper connective tissues stretch and relax. We’ll focus on the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower back to help release tension, improve joint mobility, and alleviate pain. Enjoy the meditative qualities of this practice in a dimly lit room set to tranquil music. This class is suitable and beneficial for all levels of experience.

Yin Yoga

Our Barre class offers a low-impact, high-intensity experience that delivers a total body workout. You’ll gain strength, flexibility, and balance using weights, stretch bands, and mini-balls in this upbeat and motivating class set to energetic music. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, our Barre classes will lift and tone your muscles, allowing for improved strength and flexibility. Barre

All kids can benefit from the mental and physical wellness of a regular yoga practice. Our 60-minute kids’ classes are fun and interactive for children ages 4 – 9. We’ll explore how to remain active while learning lifelong emotional skills to help them in their everyday lives. Kids’ Yoga is offered at 9:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays alongside our adult heated classes, so you can simultaneously take care of yourself and know that your children are learning and growing in a safe and supported environment.
