A consistent, long-term practice of yoga asanas establishes a routine to maintain weight and flexibility, while helping control stress and giving practitioners both physical and mental strength. Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a low-impact, high-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session that will transform your body, tone your muscles, and create real strength. This session is perfect blend of Hot Yoga and Vinyasa and is great for people who want to approach their yoga practice with creativity and achieve physical results quickly. Our signature fusion session offers a challenging, healing, and relaxing set yoga sequence with knowledgeable and passionate teachers. Yin Yoga is a non heated, deep stretching, low impact yoga session. You will gain flexibility through deep stretches and long holds (think 3 to 5 minutes). It is an excellent recovery session if you are an athlete looking to stretch more, or if you need to quiet your mind, or if you just want a relaxing session with quiet meditation.
We love kids and we love to teach them yoga, mindfulness, kindness and self care. This is a great session ages 4-11 years old. Kids will practice yoga with a theme for the week and finish with a relaxation and a craft. The best part is that you can get some self care in and practice your Hot Yoga in the other studio!You’ll build real strength, gain long-lasting flexibility, and watch your own practice evolve and improve.
