  • Visit our FAQ’s page on the “How to’s” on in person classes
  • Visit our FAQ’s page on the “How to’s” on live streaming
  • Make sure to not eat 2 hours before class and drink plenty of water both before and after class.
  • Wear fitted exercise clothing that you can move in.
  • We offer a variety of classes both live online and in our library, practice any time that suits your schedule.
  • Make your mind up to practice a minimum of 3 times/week. The more you practice, the better you will feel.
  • Take your second class within 24 hours of your first one to help alleviate any soreness that you may experience.
  • Let go of expectations and enjoy the journey of your practice.
