Grab your 1st week free for in-person, outdoor and/or virtual live streaming. This is only available to students who are brand new to floo-id YOGA. This is a great way to get started on your yoga journey. You will begin to see all the benefits a regular practice has to offer you.

  • Download our app!  iTunes or Android
  • Visit our FAQ’s page on the “How to’s” on in person sessions
  • Visit our FAQ’s page on the “How to’s” on live streaming
  • Make sure to not eat 2 hours before your session and drink plenty of water both before and afterwards.
  • Wear fitted exercise clothing that you can move in.
  • We have a variety of offerings both live online. Be sure to sample all of them.
  • Make your mind up to practice a minimum of 3 times/week. The more you practice, the better you will feel.
  • Take your second session within 24 hours of your first one to help alleviate any soreness that you may experience.
  • Let go of expectations and enjoy the journey of your practice.
