Tiana Hill

A native Phoenician, Tiana practiced yoga on and off for years, and after 5 years she became more consistent. Tiana believes that yoga is a spiritual practice that keeps her balanced and emotionally at peace. This is why Tiana decided to get certified and share the practice with those open to the experience. She received her Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Certification in 2011. Tiana believes that when a student is on their mat, wherever they may be that day is perfect. Each person knows what they need day to day and she encourages acceptance of that moment.
