Jenny Rojas


Jen started practicing after a friend dragged her to a yoga class and has been hooked on hot yoga ever since. Over the years, Jen has found that in times of transition or uncertainty, coming back to her mat reminds her to carry balance with her, regardless of what is happening in the world around her. Jen wanted to be able to help other people find that same mindset with their practice. Jen completed a 200-Hour Hot Yoga certification and began teaching. Jen says that it was one of the best things she’s ever done both for her practice and for her own growth. Jen’s advice to her students is, “Smile and breathe… you’re doing something so wonderful for yourself and everyone around you!”
